On behalf of the XM Management and the XM staff around the world we would like to wish all our Chinese clients and their families a Happy Spring Break and a Happy Chinese New Year.

Below you can find the schedule for funds withdrawals and customer service during the Chinese New Year in order to plan accordingly and avoid any inconvenience.
Funds Withdrawals Schedule (February 17th – February 24th)

During the Chinese New Year from February 17th until February 24th withdrawal requests from Clients residing in China will not be able to be processed due to holidays at all major Chinese Banks.

All withdrawal strong>requests from Clients residing in China will resume on Febraury 25th.

Customer Service Hours during Chinese New Year

February 18th – February 20th -> 15:00pm – 23:00pm (Beijing Time)
February 23rd – February 24th -> 9:00am – 24:00pm (Beijing Time)

Customer Service Hours will resume to normal working hours after the 25th of February.
