Belgian insurer Ageas H1 beats estimates with strong life and non-life performance
Aug 28 (Reuters) -Belgium-based insurer Ageas AGES.BR on Wednesday beat expectations for its half-year net operating result, citing good performance in both life and non-life businesses.
The group's net operating result for the first six months of the year stood at 613 million euros ($683 million), ahead of expectations of 575 million euros cited in an analyst consensus compiled by the company.
