European airlines, travel stocks fall after Iran missile attack

Oct 2 (Reuters) -Shares in European airlines and travel companies fell on Wednesday as airlines scrambled to divert flights after Iran fired more than 180 ballistic missiles at Israel.
Airline and travel stocks fell 0.6%-2.7% after Israel's neighbours had closed airspace and airline crews skirted an escalating conflict, with many seeking diversions. Europe's Travel and Leisure index .STXP was down 0.4% as of 0735 GMT.
