SAID ON SUNDAY, BUYS 100% OF OPERATIONAL PROJECT OF 77 MWP AND 923 MWP OF SOLAR PROJECTS IN DIFFERENT STAGES OF DEVELOPMENT IN NORTHERN CHILE FROM REPSOL AND IBEREOLICA
DEAL FOR 128 MILLION DOLLARS
PROJECT CURRENTLY HAS A BUILT AND ENERGIZED 1GW INTERCONNECTION LINE, WHICH WILL FACILITATE CONNECTION PROCESS OF PROJECTS UNDER DEVELOPMENT
WITH THIS ACQUISITION GRENERGY WILL EXPAND ITS OASIS DE ATACAMA PROJECT WITH TWO NEW PHASES AND WILL ALLOW IT TO BE INCREASED BY 1GW SOLAR AND AT LEAST 6GWH OF BATTERY STORAGE
