August PMI manufacturing HCOB data (0745 GMT).

ISTAT releases Q2 GDP final data (0800 GMT) and July producer prices data (0900 GMT).

Transport Ministry releases August car sales data (1600 GMT).

August state sector borrowing requirement data.


COMPANIES

UNIEURO UNIR.MI

(*) Fnac-Darty will not raise its offer for retailer Unieuro as the proposed price already includes a premium of 42% on Unieuro's mid-July share price, the CEO of the French retailer Enrique Martinez told Corriere della Sera's L'Economia weekly supplement on Monday. Martinez said the offer is "appropriate" for a sector where margins are around 1-2%.

Fnac Darty FNAC.PA and RUBY Equity Investment Sarl start voluntary public tender and exchange offer on the retailer's ordinary shares; ends on Oct. 25.


FERRARI RACE.MI

Charles Leclerc gave Ferrari a stunning home Italian Grand Prix victory after nursing his tyres on a bold one-stop strategy to deny favourites McLaren a one-two finish.

The luxury sportscar maker said on Friday that it a sponsorship deal with Spanish banking group Santander SAN.MC would terminate at the end of the year. Santander has been a "Premium Partner" of Ferrari in Formula 1 and has been a partner in the Le Mans Hypercar (LMH) programme.

Ferrari said on Monday its new Formula 1 sponsorship partner would be UniCredit CRDI.MI, starting from Jan. 1 as part of a multi-year agreement.


SARAS SRS.MI

At the end of its mandatory tender offer for the Italian oil refiner, Vitol has a 95.3% stake in the company and has the right to buy the remaining shares, the bidder said on Friday.


(*) JUVENTUS JUVE.MI

Juventus dropped their first points of the campaign as they were held to a goalless draw by visiting AS Roma in Serie A on Sunday.

The soccer side tied 2-2 with AC Milan in the home match of Serie A's third matchday on Saturday.
