Ferrovial said on Friday it started buyback programme of up to 30 million shares, about 4.1% of its share capital, after it ended a previous programme. nFWN3KA1BW

The company said on Friday the SH-288 toll road in Texas will be returned to the Texas state through a payment of $1.73 billion. The contract termination will not have any significant impact on ACS's expected 2024 consolidated net profit, the company added. nL8N3KD05C
