Thyssenkrupp steel has commissioned two external reports about financial health
DUISBURG, Sept 16 (Reuters) -Thyssenkrupp TKAG.DE has commissioned two external reports to drill down on the steel business's short- and long-term financial health and needs, the division's executive board spokesman said on Monday.
One of the reports will "provide important findings for the further planning and financing of the steel division, which will be incorporated into the decision-making process for the realignment", Dennis Grimm said in a statement.
A separate report, taking into account the next 1-2 years, will look at the "company's ability to continue as a going concern in the short term", Grimm said.
