UK ad group WPP falls on downbeat H1 results, forecast cut
** Shares in WPP WPP.L down 1.1% at 709.2p, among top losers on FTSE 100 .FTSE index
** British ad group cuts annual rev growth forecast after drop in H1 growth
** Sees FY organic growth to be between negative 1% and zero vs previous flat to 1% rise forecast
** Says "have seen pressure in China and in our project-related businesses which, together with an uncertain macro environment, has led us to moderate our expectations for the full-year"
** Co also Sells controlling stake in PR agency FGS Global for $775 mln to KKR
** Stock down ~5% s far this year
