Adds new items, updates futures

Sept 9 (Reuters) -Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Monday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.6%.

* BARRATT: British homebuilder Barratt said it has entered into a joint venture with Homes England and Lloyds Banking Group to create MADE Partnership to focus on the development of large sites.

* ENTAIN: British gambling group Entain said its online revenue growth in the second half of this financial year to date was ahead of its expectations, helped by strong demand from punters cashing in on popular sporting events.

* ALDI: Supermarket group Aldi reported a 16% rise in sales in Britain and Ireland to 17.9 billion pounds ($23.48 billion) in 2023, and said it would open another 23 new stores by the end of the year as a part of an 800 million pound investment.

* LABOUR MARKET: Britain's labour market cooled noticeably last month as job placements fell sharply and pay growth slowed, according to a survey of recruiters on Monday that could bolster the case for interest rate cuts from the Bank of England.

* SHELL: The second liquefied natural gas (LNG) train at Shell's Queensland Curtis LNG (QCLNG) plant in Australia resumed operations on Friday night, said a company spokesperson on Monday.

* OIL: Oil futures jumped by a dollar in early trading on Monday as a potential hurricane system approached the U.S. Gulf Coast, and as markets recovered from a selloff following weaker-than-expected U.S. jobs data on Friday.

* GOLD: Gold prices were flat, as investors awaited U.S. inflation print due this week to strengthen their bets on the size of a likely reduction in Federal Reserve's interest rates.

* METALS: Copper prices fell after weaker-than-expected U.S. jobs data fanned more worries over the health of the world's largest economy.
