BILATERAL STRUCTURED FINANCING AGREEMENTS INVOLVING PURELY CASH-SETTLED DERIVATIVES ON A PORTION OF UNIVERSAL MUSIC GROUP (UMG) SHARES
FINANCING AGREEMENTS MATURING IN SEPTEMBER 2026 AND EXTENDABLE BY ONE YEAR
