- Intuitive Machines LUNR.O said it was awarded a NASA contract worth up to $4.82 billion for communication and navigation services for missions in the near space region, which extends from Earth’s surface to beyond the Moon.


- BlackRock BLK.N, Microsoft MSFT.O and United Arab Emirates state-backed investor MGX are partnering on a new artificial-intelligence infrastructure fund that aims to raise $30 billion to invest in data centers and related power infrastructure.


- Salesforce CRM.N and Nvidia NVDA.O will collaborate to develop advanced artificial intelligence capabilities intended to enable new insights and improve productivity for teams that use Salesforce's platform.


- The United Auto Workers is once again taking aim at Jeep maker Stellantis STLAM.MI after threatening to go on strike at the company's U.S. factories over delays in reopening an idled plant in Illinois and other points of contention.
