SAID ON THURSDAY ITS UNIT, POLENERGIA FARMA WOLTAICZNA 16, SIGNED LOAN AGREEMENT WITH BANK PEKAO
UNDER THE LOAN, THE COMPANY WILL GET UP TO 27 MLN ZLOTYS OF TERM CREDITING TO FINANCE CONSTRUCTION OF SZPROTAWA 2 PHOTOVOLTAIC FARM WITH OPTION TO INCREASE CREDITING SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS
UNDER THE LOAN, THE COMPANY TO ALSO UP TO 7 MLN ZLOTY VAT LOAN, AND UP TO 2.8 MLN ZLOTY DSR LOAN
