** HRMY shares on Weds tumbled 18.5% to close at $33.80, registering their biggest daily decline since last Oct after co launched offering with JP Morgan as sole bookrunner
** Marshman offloads 4 mln shares, taking its holdings to ~6.7 mln shares (or 11.7% stake), while Chicago-based PE firm Valor's ownership goes to ~7.2 mln shares, (12.7% stake), per SEC prospectus filing
** On Tues, HRMY shares finished up 16.1% at $41.49 after co reported Q3 rev and GAAP EPS above consensus, per LSEG
