ISTAT releases September unemployment rate flash data (0900 GMT); October CPI flash data (1000 GMT); August industry sales data (1100 GMT).

Italy is struggling to find a "strategic" buyer for its stake in the lender before a year-end deadline, leaving it with little alternative but to turn to the market and broaden a fragmented shareholder base, two sources close to the sale process said.
INTESA SANPAOLO ISP.MI
Moody's affirmed the lender's 'Baa1' ratings on deposits and senior unsecured debt with a stable outlook.

AMPLIFON AMPF.MI
The Italian hearing aid company again trimmed its annual margin guidance on Wednesday, hit by higher marketing costs in Europe in the third quarter, but ruled out competition risks from new players such as Apple.

Board meeting on Q3 results, followed by conference call (1200 GMT).
On Wednesday, Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni told state broadcaster RAI that Stellantis Chairman John Elkann had disrespected parliament with his decision not to attend a hearing to discuss the situation of the auto sector in Italy.
