** Opinion polls show contest between Republican candidate Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Kamala Harris running neck and neck in each of seven battleground states that could determine the victor
** Since its March listing, Trump Media, which operates the Truth Social app, has been popular with retail traders and seen as proxy on Trump's election prospects
** Recent betting odds reflect expectations Trump is likely to win
** On the Predictitplatform, contracts for a Trump victory traded at 55 cents, with a potential $1 payout. Harris contracts were at 50 cents. Polymarket has Trump with a 62% chance of winning and Harris at 38%
** Strategists and traders have cautioned on extreme volatility for DJT around the election, citing its trading detached from firm's business fundamentals
** In Q2, co reported a loss of $16.4 mln and rev of $837k
** DJT rose 120% in Oct, and through Mon stock has roughly tripled since sinking to all-time low in Sept
** Through Mon, co has ~$6.9 bln market cap, valuing Trump's 57% stake at ~$3.9 bln

** Software developer Phunware PHUN.O, hired by Trump's 2020 re-election campaign to build a phone app, up ~9% at $7.54
** Shares of video-sharing platform Rumble RUM.O, in which Trump's running mate JD Vance has made an investment, up 4.2% to $6.01
