Citigroup C.N led big bank losses with a 6% fall. Wells Fargo WFC.N , Bank of America BAC.N and Goldman Sachs GS.N fell about 4% each, while JPMorgan Chase JPM.N and Morgan Stanley MS.N declined 2.5% and 3.5%, respectively.
